Oklahoma Visit/Sylvia's Shower

We went for a family visit/shower weekend in Oklahoma a few weeks back for John & Sylvia's baby shower. David was not able to go and so I went so that I could get to know his mom's side of the family a little better. Great stories, food, & a good time was had by all!

Sylvia & I went with a couple of the aunts on Saturday morning to a quilt show that was at the fairgrounds and really enjoyed getting to look at the quilts & reading some of the stories that went with them. Sylvia & I also realized that we should probably leave the quilt making to the individuals who know how to do it best! :)

We have one more baby shower to go in a couple of weeks & then our nephew will be here in September! Yay!
